new drawings arrived via PDF. i already started making revisions. i think sometimes technical people like architects and builders assume women are stupid (the ones i am dealing with are macho italian men). Or just because i am not an architect, they think they can just disregard the design i do want by saying it’s against building code. sorry boys, i am not an idiot. just follow my original sketches! there’s a method to my madness. there’s also a lot of research to my madness as well. efficiency, flow, understanding of light direction — and yes building codes (it’s all on-line). i took it all into consideration. i do feel bad for the architect because I am a tough client…but he’s gonna get such a dope house design on his portfolio, and I won’t get credit for it, he will : ) thanks mike!
